The parent company of Owagik Real Estate Development & Investment was established in 2001 as an engineering management firm and a general contracting & construction company. Over the years, it has gained extensive experience and deep insight into the Egyptian real estate market. Thanks to its successful execution of major residential, commercial, administrative, and medical projects in prestigious areas and new cities both for itself and for others the company has firmly positioned itself as one of the largest real estate development and investment firms in Egypt.
Each letterform is designed with intentional asymmetry and broken-like shapes to reflect the raw, uneven nature of mountainous landscapes.
This rugged typography visually communicates the concept of unshaped terrain, echoing the natural formation of hills and valleys. As a real estate brand, OWAGIK’s mission is to transform raw land into structured, well-planned developments just like turning the unpredictable shape of nature into livable, functional, and beautiful spaces.
